**If you wish to have extractions during your facial, please let the spa reservationist know when scheduling so that we may schedule you with one of our licensed estheticians.
Please note that in order to do extractions properly, treatments of 40 minutes or longer will be required but 60 or 90 minutes is highly recommended.**
Luxe Organic Facial

This lengthy facial allows ample time for a deep pore cleansing and is tailored to suit your skin’s wants and needs. During this treatment you will enjoy a relaxing massage to the arms, hands, lower legs, feet, neck, and scalp.

a.r.t. Signature Organic Facial

This facial offers a truly exquisite experience. Each facial is created uniquely for your skin type and may involve one to three masques. Formulated individually to treat, repair, protect, enhance, and/or prevent the signs of aging. Enjoy even more relaxation during this treatment with a hand, arm, and neck massage. The scents will please you and the therapeutic effects will convince you.

Cleansing Organic Facial

This facial offers a great deep pore cleanse using tangy fruit and healing herbs, exfoliation, and hydration. This treatment caters to all skin types. Enjoy a massage to the arms, hands, neck, and face. This treatment will keep your skin smooth and healthy.

Organic Facial Express
30 minutes

Great as an introductory facial or to maintain the results after a series of facial treaments. Perfect for lunch breaks, after work or when time is tight. Short but awesome!

SPA ETIQUETTE AND EXPECTATIONS
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a “no show”.
Etiquette:
a.r.t. massage body spa is a retreat for your mind, body and spirit. We require draping in all sessions and treatments. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption
from the outside world.
Reservations
We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment. If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our “standby” list. A credit card number is required to secure appointments.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website. Appointment “no shows” will void the gift certificate.
Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time. Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required.
Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
